More Papist propaganda, using the RF to push their Roman institution. It is only apostate Protestants who could possibly fall for such propaganda, or superficial in their faith Protestants who know nothing, nor do they care, about the historical roots of their faith, namely the Reformation.

They would think you with a blank face were you to bring up the inquisition, the St. Bartholowmew Day massacre, or Luther’s 95 thesis.

It is merely a thread telling someone’s story. Why do you say what you do?

You might be surprised to hear it, but it's not just apostates or people who are superficial in their faith who swim the Tiber. For many very conservative Christians, it's not something they even want to do; it's the only logical option after years of study, trying to reconcile their desire to remain Protestants with the ineluctable facts they discover while reading the early Church fathers and studying history.

As an example, on this thread we have mentioned the name of Dr Scott Hahn, a former Protestant who struggled and studied for years to avoid becoming a Catholic. He has since become one of Catholicism's foremost lay writers and explicators. Here's the story of how this serious and brilliant scholar of the Bible was dragged, with shock and dismay, into the Catholic Church. Scott Hahn's Conversion

The charge of us using radio frequency to push our Roman institution is a unfounded myth!

“More Papist propaganda, using the RF to push their Roman institution.”

Relax, people find their own way, and sometimes make a stop or two before finding what makes them happy. You should not care nor should you take personally when someone differs from your own theological view, and even if they gloat about something.

It’s part of being a grown up, and part of being an American.

Gloating is Constitutionally protected!
