Ave Maria University is "the most Catholic Catholic" college in the U.S., and has academics superior to almost all other Catholic schools, according to a survey of American higher education published by the respected religious journal First Things.

"Faith on campus is vibrant" at AMU, the editors of First Things wrote in their November issue, and "provides students with the opportunity to express their faith in all that they do."

And props to FUS, literally right down the road from me. They are also huge homeschool supporters.

Yes, Props to Steubie U.

I think it’s fairly absurd to claim that AMU (where my sister went) is more Catholic than FUS (my wife and I went there), TAC, or Christendom. They are all as Catholic as can be.

We are getting ready to move to the Diocese of Steubenville (husband leaves next weekend, kids and I to follow in the next couple of months). Good to know that we will be near a good Catholic college :)
