The number of priests in the Catholic Church around the world is slowly rising, the Vatican says.

The Holy See presented a statistical yearbook to Pope Benedict XVI, showing an increase of several hundred priests a year since 2000.

As the church cleans up the debris from the sixties and seventies, the calling becomes more clear. It helps to have a couple strong Popes in a row.

Amazing what cleaning out the seminaries will do for the church. How sad that many who heard the call ended up in the “Pink Palaces” and left the seminary.

You have to admit if someone had a calling and knew that they had to go to a homosexual infiltrated seminary they would postpone it or God forbid forget about it.
