Supreme Court Justices by a 5-4 ruling gave legal Authorization to commercial land developers, to sieze their property at any time for the good of economic development and the community. Several of the justices have prime real estate property that many commercial land developers are lining up for to sieze and turn into sprawling malls, resorts, museums and its been said, a high tech parking lot for government officials, designed to take them by bus to their individual places of work. Bids are beginning to pour in from all over the nation as this is posted live, on 6-28-2005

Excellent!

Remember, this is why they had to remove the 10 Commandments from the Courts--so the developers wouldn't have to read
"Thou Shalt Not Covet"

"Thou Shalt Not Steal"

"Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness"

Full Disclosure: I'd like to get the popcorn and watch, but I'll bet the Justices will come up with tortured reasoning to exempt their OWN homes, without establishing precedent.

Second Disclosure: If that happens, then if Bush had balls, he'd authorize Federal Marshals to oversee the tearing down of the Justices' homes. "It's their ruling, let them enforce it!"

Concentrate on seizing the homes and businesses of liberals and liberal Supreme Court Judges for purposes of "Taxes and Jobs." They love Big Government, let them exhaust their savings in court fighting Big Government.

And one wonders why on various occassions long ago, some of the founding fathers who became Presidents of this nation, would from time to time mention to their listeners regarding a Supreme Court ruling...."Let's see them make me enforce it." Ha ha ha, once again it is proven that aside from the so called intelligence in high places in America, the Supreme court really has no power at all. They hand up opinions and then hope the rest of us just blindly buy into what they say. LOL looks like this one backfired on them. Good grief Martha, what are them boys up to there in Warshington DC? I cut down a cherry, live a couple of decades, give or take a few, then this, news that the Supreme Court has given their legal okie dokie to land developers to sieze their homes and that all in the name of "the good of the community." I hope this is the last time I have to roll over in my grave when it comes to that blasted Supreme Court. I told Thomas, Thomas you just put far too much trust in people in general, we must do our God given best to keep a handful of "good ol boys" from trying to take our beloved nation hostage in the coming centuries. And Thomas, like I said, them good ol boys tried to do that very thing, but strike me with lightning if I am repeating a lie, I hear say they just gave away their own farm! Ha ha ha!

Now we see how the game is played. Just the same way our forefathers dealt with the stupidity of King George and his good ol boys. Turn it around on them and let them see what it feels like. I'm serious, now you and I and all those who read here at FR see what to do. This is no joke, the wisest men supposedly in the world just gave legal right to whomever to sieze their property for the good of the community. Are those justices actually competent to sit in the Supreme Court? Seems to me they are entirely inept when it comes to properly and adequately interpreting the meaning, intent and spirit of the Constition of the United States of America.

NO! Their decisions are making no sense at all like on the Ten Commandments. It is like they are reading a different document then the Constitution -- haven't figured out if some of them can even read and comprehend at the same time.

Let's start a campaing to make sure that someone with a t-shirt displaying the Ten Commandments be seated in every courtroom in the nation during every open session. They can't stop freedome of expression -- yet.

The harmful long term effects of this despotic ruling can only lead to violence on a huge scale. What a stupid, arrogant ruling. It is exactly as you say, it gives a kingly power to some in our country to take away the property of others. MILLIONS of our citizens have fought and HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS have died fighting different nations to prevent what the USSC just did. The kindest words I have had for these 5 is "bastards".

Given how outrageous this ruling is. . .can ANYthing be done to alter/change the language. . .put restrictions on - even if by return to Court.

. . .do anything to change the impact of this decision - besides that is. . .the retribution of making these Justices pay by taking their homes for a 'higher good'?

Some satisfaction there, for sure; but this ruling has to be dealt with; but is it possible?

All things are possible to them that believe... But first you must be willing to believe... I find this whole thing so hilarious. Dare say so would George Washington and his countrymen way back when. Sheesh, what other 'great' rulings are they going to come up with that will once again give away their "own" personal rights and freedoms? A box of chocolates indeed!

I can understand a ruling I don't agree with which happens, but the rulings coming down recently make no sense at all. The Oklahoman had an article about the 10 Commandments trying to figure out if it affected a town here in OK -- our Attorney General who is a Dem said he thought it did not affect them but who knows what would happen if someone brought a lawsuit. Even that OK RAT is at a loss as to what the SCOTUS is ruling and he is the moron that went in with CT against the Boy Scouts and for Al Gore to the SCOTUS and Oklahoma is a total red state!

That told me that the qualifications for SCOTUS seem to be inability to read and comprehend the Constitution -- wish a whole group of them would retire and we would get more of the Scalia/Thomas type justices.

They know their hour is short. Remember what happened to the second generation of Israelites who entered into the promised land. The first suffered for their unbelief. The second one did not have to suffer as well, they got to enter in. I will say this as long as I have breath in me, this all goes back to when they banned the Bible from the public schools of America. From that day on, the same kind of reasoning that banned the Bible has been applied to just about every ruling coming out of the Supreme Court since then. One generation was lost in the wilderness in the past forty years. God set a precedent long ago about how He deals with the first and second generation. We based upon God's OWN precedent are on the verge of a major move in our land by the hand of God. One that will expose what has been going on all these years behind the scenes regarding what was known and will once again be known as a Christian nation among the nations of the world. God gave birth to America, for some reason He chose America to be a nation that supports and defends the gospel of His Son. It is a fact, regardless of how hard the society tampering do gooders want us to think and believe otherwise. It goes back to when the Bible was banned from the public schools of America. This kind of thinking, this kind of approach to matters of Constitutional law has been used now for an entire generation. Thank God it is coming to an end. If you believe what your Bible teaches and reveals about how God deals with this kind of "anarchy" against His Holy Word, then you are left with no other logical and godly conclusion than this, God is not going to allow a second generation to suffer as the first one did, that specifically being a generation of school children who were deprived of the right to hear the Bible read to them and prayers offered up to the Father of Lights on behalf of the nation, by children who know nothing but love and caring for those around them. God indeed is at the door.

Can we do anything? LOL (no insult intended), they sowed the seeds of their own destruction so to speak long ago when they banned the Word of God from the public schools of America. Do any of us, who know Jesus Christ, think for one minute that He and His Father will sit by forever and allow some ungodly men to dictate to them what goes on here in America? When they themselves decided to tamper with something that specifically belongs to God Almighty? Sure its been quite a long time since it all took place. But to God, time wise, it's only been about five seconds. So not to worry, not to fret, long ago when they decided to tamper with something that was outside of their jurisdiction God sat up and took notice on it. He as it is written laughs in derision because He sees their day coming. And it doesn't mean a bad thing coming to them, only that it is so hilarious what is going to be revealed that it litterally makes God crack up laughing. He flat out laughs in derision. All I can say is get ready for the Big Show, this is going to be so very very funny. Keep these things in scriptual perspective. God fory some odd years ago laughed in derision when they decided to tamper with His Word. And soon, very soon, we are going to see what He laughed so hard about. Remember, God saw their day coming, their come uppin's if you will and when He saw it, He laughed in derision. We are all going to have a very good laugh in the coming months. Please stay tuned...

Well, I am always tuned in. . .and ready for a good laugh. . .and Souter having his house removed by Government dictum signed by is own hand, could put smile on my face; but really just want a more authenticJustice to prevail in our Courts.

God may inspire, and one can have Faith for the 'good'; but for our intents and purposes, God 'needs hands'; and reluctant if not catatonic Repubs in the WhiteHouse and in Congress; are not helping at all to get those things done that will insure better Courts. . .and insure that we have Judges that honor our Constitution.

That said. . .I look forward to the events unfolding re this decision and the responses from the 'Bench'. ;^)
