the very idea that world governments will consider the exchange of information like this, for any reason, is shocking.
No one knows the date or tha hour, but this is certainly the season. No other generation can say they had the will, the means, nor the technology to track every human on the planet in the way we can today.

Both Britain and the USA desire compatibility in 'screeing terrorists"..
By using the same chips data contained in the British cards can be acessed on both sides of the channel..(American data read by the British as well..no doubt)
Michael Chertoff, US Secretary for Homeland Security, stated that compatiblity between theirs and ours was essential and likend this to the wars between video storage (VHS-Betamax)
Chertoff also stated it would be "bad" if we invested a lot of money in biometric identifiers that were not compatable..
He made a joke and lightened up the issue by saying he was one of the suckers who bought Betamax (what a card)
Chertof suggested the Brits sign on to a 'trusted traveler' card to enter the USA without being too thouroughly screened (like blue hairs and US war veterans with prosthetic legs are?)
Apparently the Dutch will be allowed to visit the USA with such a card in a month or two under a new agreement.
The USA will issue new passports with digital photos and a microchip soon
Chertoff reassured that comptability was intended only for tracking down 'terrorists & criminals' and to provide a 'fair and reasonable system'
The US government stated it had no intention in interfering with the affairs of other countries
Chertoff also stated that the old technology was very overtaxed and inefective..makes too many mistakes..

this scares me...computer tech moves at light speed now...it will be no time before...
My daughter saw this and she said, "hey, now I know where I saw this before." She says they have been using them in school libraries as long as she can remember for card cataloging, know eactly where a book is at anytime whos got it....etc...OH BOY....she said for as long as she can remember.

The technology is HERE, not future, all we need is the political will to make it happen
To make it world wide? That would take years to finish the project, but to actually enact the bill?
From the time it is offered to the world, to the time all governments accept it, that would be less than 6 months
To actually try to mark everyone, that would be 2 years
BUT, remember, during Revelation, there is world wide destruction, so, fewer people would be alive to NEED the Mark...
I believe that the US will be rendered a trash heap before the Rapture.
We are the most "Christian" nation the world has ever seen, but are we a Christian Nation?
No way.
I believe we will be judged before the Rapture, and this terrorism threat we face I believe will be the death of us.
It will not take much, nor will it have to be total, just enough to cause massive death, confusion, then, civil war of a sort, for local survival
Then, those that remain will join in with the European leadership because I believe ours will be gone
