LATEST POLL NUMBERS: DAVIS IS TOAST!!

Following are the most recent poll numbers on the Recall:

The only way Davis can survive is through massive vote fraud -- which we don't put past him considering that he is one of this country's most corrupt governors. However, since Gray Davis' "unfavorable" ratings are as high as 73%, we are comfortable that "Yes On Recall" will triumph, and we optimistically predict that over 60% of voters will vote to oust him.

LATEST CANDIDATE POLLS: ARNOLD ON TOP, BUSTAMANTE SINKING ...

Following are most recent polls for the Gubernatorial candidates:

In our view, McClintock is still the best candidate and the best choice to solve California's fiscal woes and to address the most important issue facing the state: illegal immigration.

However, the numbers clearly show that Arnold will triumph by a wide margin and that calls for McClintock to drop out are no longer a factor in the race. Indeed, McClintock could be poised to beat Bustmante and come in a respectable second place. Over 50% of voters now hold an UNFAVORABLE opinion of Bustamante and his numbers continue to sink.

There are also over 2 million absentee ballots (which tend to be from conservative voters) that could provide a boost for Tom McClintock in the final tally. We predict that Arnold's and Tom's combined vote total will be over 65%. This will show that even in a "progressive" state like California, over 2/3 of the people will reject the corrupt and dirty politics of the Democratic Party.

SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST ARNOLD BACKFIRES

The last-minute attacks against Arnold Schwarzenegger are such blatant cheap shots and obviously the work of Gray Davis and the Democratic Party, many voters will see them for what they are. The allegations of groping were actually old news from a Premiere magazine article two years ago as well as stories from the British tabloids.

The allegation that Arnold in a 1975 interview said that Hitler was one of his heroes is so over the top by the Dems, this could easily backfire against them. Playing the "Nazi card" against Republican candidates is childish and so overused, it almost never has an effect on an election's final results. Indeed, a KABC-7 poll broadcast today on FOX news revealed that the majority of California voters were not effected one way or another by the recent news on Arnold.

In fact, while 10% said they were less likely to vote for Arnold because of these allegations, 12% said they were MORE LIKELY to vote for

DEMS' SCHEME TO CHALLENGE FINAL RESULTS

The Recall election has not even taken place and the Democrats'-- true to their corrupt form -- are already scheming to challenge the final results and keep Gray Davis in office. Preparing for a post-election legal lawsuit to the recall vote, Democrats have launched a national fund-raising campaign to help finance any legal action needed if Tuesday's election on Gov. Gray Davis' future is close.

The so-called Democrats for America's Future is raising $100,000 to place poll watchers around the state on Tuesday and to help with post-election court challenges that may come up. Their goal: create a Florida-style election fiasco in the courts, much like Al Gore in 2000.

Pressure will build for Bustamante to drop out of the race. That's the Democrats only hope of keeping the governorship. Wonder if Bustamove's gotten the "friendly" call from Slick Willie telling him he's gotta go.

How can they do that with only 3 days to go???

Bust-A-MEChA name's already in the ballots, so that's ineffective from the get-go.

The only way Davis can survive is through massive vote fraud

Massive, as in "millions."

They'd be taking a big risk to attempt it.

Vote fraud is usually saved for close contests. Fraudulent ballots are prepared beforehand, and stuffed judiciously to get the desiered result. That's why the Demos won so many of the tight races across the country in 2000.

If Davis is trailing in the recall by 10% to 20%, he's at least a million votes behind. The odds against getting that many fraudulent votes without discovery are staggering. The entire Democrat fraud apparatus would be exposed. So they have a dilemma...

Do they pull out every stop for Davis, at the risk of losing their fraud advantage and what little credibility they have remaining? Or do they lose the Ca Governor's Mansion?

I don't pretend to know; you can't predict stupidity.

I'd heard that the CA legislature is scheduled for a special session Mon & Tue so that they can ram more RAT type appointees and judges down the throats of Californians.

Couldn't the GOP legislators go visit Lake Tahoe (NV side) for a few days. It is beautiful this time of year and Sacramento will seem sooo much friendlier when the get back on Thursday or Friday.

What the Rats might have accomplished is stopping Arnold from getting the majority of votes.

I just hope that in the next couple of days Californians will see their dirty politics and vote for Arnold.

Massive, as in "millions."

Even that won't work. Total registered voters: 15.4 M. So with a high turnout of say, 65%, that equals 10 M total votes.

2 M are in already with another 1 M due in before Monday. Take these off the table and the total "set" is 7 M. It would have to be massive indeed.

Arnold doesn't need a majority of the votes. He only needs for a majority to vote in favor of removing Davis, and then to get more votes than anyone else.

McClintock could be poised to beat Bustmante and come in a respectable second place.

If this happens, there will be a "told you so" of unseen proportions on FR and I, for one, will be laughing at all those that sold their principles for the rino when they could have had a conservative.

... to get more votes than anyone else.

The term for that is a plurality.

I dunno. I have this vision of seeing headlines that says "Davis wins", and on page 47 you'll see a tiny little story about fifty thousand ballot box lids floating out to sea from the San Francisco bay.

Hate to disagree, but Arnold is a fink. His (admitted) past behavior is reprehensible, and I don't think he's the right choice.

Having said that - I don't live in Cali, so who cares?
