Please help locate my uncle. He was last seen in Joplin, MO, on April 23rd. His car was found locked and stuck up to its frame in mud off a country road south of North Platte, Nebraska. There are no clues as to his whereabouts (see article at link)
If any of you live in the Western Nebraska area, I'd appreciate any information you might have.

To all of you wonderful Freepers, One last thank you for all of your support and prayers when my Uncle Al was missing. You'll never know how much it meant.
As a sort of tribute to my uncle Al who was lost, but now is found, I'm posting his obituary, taken from the Joplin Globe Online:

Sorry to read about your Uncle Al. My Uncle Al died when he was 39 years old, the only one of my mom's 5 brothers to die and that was over 25 years ago. He was an uncle very close to me and I think about him often. I was just out with my cousin, his only son, last night. My heart goes out to you, your family, and Uncle Al's family and friends.

I am saddened by the news of your uncle Al. In his picture he looked like a kindly, friendly man -- one who you would like to sit with and talk to.
I hope comforting angels were with him as he passed, and that they are with all members of the family who mourn him.
I'm also glad we were here for you and have helped your family during this difficult time.
