Kerry said he would heal relations with other countries by approaching the United Nations

Right. It's vital that we get back on good terms with Libya, Syria, France, Equatorial Guinea and so forth.

He also said he looks forward to appointing an attorney general who reads and abides by the constitution of the United States

And knows how to skip over the boring, outdated parts about the Electoral College and the Second Amendment and stuff.

Kerry agreed, saying that the solution is fixing public schools, not building charter schools or using vouchers to allow children to be transferred. ''You can't build charter schools fast enough for an entire generation,'' he said

And besides, the important thing is to keep the teachers' unions fat, powerful, and in the Democratic Party. Actually educating poor kids is for suckers.

John's right. Because the primary problem is that France et al don't think America should defend herself without UN approval the only way to patch the rift is to get a president who doesn't think America should defend herself at all. Which then brings up the question of should we patch up the rift, to which the answer is hell no.

Isn't this the same old "We need a change!" that brought us Bill, Hillary and the most open and honest administration in history?

Kerry, ---- you.

Oh, yeah. I agree with Kerry. Only one problem. Kerry's too tall to bend over and kiss the rest of the world where they want to be kissed. But then again, he's got knee pads.

"Regardless of how successful the United States is in waging war against Iraq, it will take a new president to rebuild the country's damaged relationships with the rest of the world, Sen. John Kerry said Wednesday."

Ha ha ha....... ohmigod I'm laughing so hard at the obvious self-servedness of this!

''Because of the depth of this breach, because of the anger that exists with many countries and their leaders ... I don't think they're going to trust this president no matter what,'' Kerry said.

Maybe not. But the American PEOPLE trust him and we're the ones who vote.

Like the part in living, breathing Constitution that says only the National guard can keep and bear arms.

Well, if we're going to do B5 quotes, how about:

''Because of the depth of this breach, because of the anger that exists with many countries and their leaders ... I don't think they're going to trust this president no matter what,'' Kerry said.

That's curious... I always thought it was the opinions of Americans that mattered at election time.

How silly of me! I forgot... that's the OLD way of doing it. Since the Democratic Socialists lost the House 11 years ago, and lost the Senate for the last two elections, and failed to cheat enough to win the White House, America OBVIOUSLY needs a new method of conducting elections! We're simply failing as a nation to select the "proper" representatives! /Kerry-think>

""''Because of the depth of this breach, because of the anger that exists with many countries and their leaders ... I don't think they're going to trust this president no matter what,'' Kerry said."

Yet it was perfectly reasonable to expect them to trust a rapist who squinted into the camera, pointed his finger and bald faced lied to the nation, not to mention lied under oath.......that was just encouraged to be looked at as normal behavior.....because it was the behavior of a fellow socialist.

Freepers, rather than waiting to see what happens with Estrada, we need to take the lead. That means presuring Senators, special interest groups, media organizations, etc. This thread is meant to be an ongoing effort to get this man confirmed. For too many years liberals have had their way on the courts. Now, President Bush is in a position to move the courts to the right. The election of '02 showed that the country is with the President. I think it's time to let Daschle, Hillary, and Pelosi know this is Bush country. Are you with me! Let's FREEP these people.

I know we take shots at AlGore for his stupid pronouncements, but this, ladies and gents, is the dumbest reason to vote for a presidential candidate in our history. This guy is a real loser.
