Like a 200 pound Alligator valise that turns out to be alive when you lift it, the Reverend Al Sharpton is turning out to be something the Democrats are unable to set down.
One day out on his 'Show Me Some DNC Respect' 2004 Democratic Presidential Primary campaign and he is already starting to cause politcal pain for the Democrats.
The man who brought us (false racist sexual accuser) Tawana Brawley is already playing the Vice Presidential card.
Both Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean and Mass. United States Senator Bob Kerry claim Reverend Sharpton has offered them a place on the ticket.
One can only wonder at their response, the public one and the private one.

If both Sharpton and Nader ran as Independents (or in the case of the latter, Green), the GOP would be sitting pretty in '04.

According to the DNC, Blacks are just supposed to vote Democratic, not actually say anything.

Senator Bob Kerry is from Nebraska....Senator John Kerrey is from Massachusetts.
To: richardtavor
Mass. should be Nebr. Senator Bob Kerry. The black and white of it is, Al is turning out to be a formidable opponent in the Democratic race for the Presidency. Go, Al baby, go!
