The Poll is on the left about half way down the page. Hit the Edit, then Find on your browser and search for assault.
That should take you right to it.

Educate me, I read the article, which being on CNN, I know is biased. But the gist of the restrictions seemed to be on weapons that took more than 10 rounds (or six shotgun shells). Doesn't seem too unreasonable.

It doesn't seem unreasonable that possession of a bayonet lug, or a magazine of capacity 11, or of a rifle with a pistol grip and a detachable magazine, should be a felony, depending on its manufacture date? It doesn't seem unreasonable to ban items which are used in crimes some 0.2% of the time? It doesn't seem unreasonable to make it a felony to take two legal guns, consisting of an upper and a lower part, and make the law such that if the upper of one is placed on the lower of the other, and vice versa, that a felonius firearm could be made thereby? It doesn't seem unreasonable to make defensive sidearm magazines cost some $130 each for us citizens, which cost $20 for cops - even though they usually travel in groups and we travel alone?
They are not only completely unreasonable, they seriously infringe our right to keep and bear arms.
Where would you draw the lines - and how would you ensure that these lines, once drawn, will never be moved?

This is a CNS poll and not a CNN poll. Headline should be changed.

This poll is on CNS not on CNN as your source and title indicate.
To: mcenedo
It's NOT on CNN (The Cable News Network), it's on CNS (the Cybercast News Service) a part of L. Brent Bozell's conservative Media Research Center (MRC).
To: mcenedo
On Nov 5 they found out how we voted for NRA supported candidates....
Now lets show them how we support the Second Amendment!
mcenedo What doesn't seem unreasonable to you now is just the tip of the iceberg that is incrementalism. Soon it would be rifles that accept a magazine. Then rifles that have a scope. Then rifles that shoot bullets where the barrel has a "deadly twist" (think it was Kati Curric (sp)) like the ill-informed media states.

Uh yeah. I saw the same thing. This is NOT a CNN pole.

You are very correct. I better wash my glasses. Sorry about the mistake. In my haste I made a bad blunder.
To: FreedomCalls
Wish it were possible to correct the title. Nothing I can do about it that I know. Is there a way to correct the error??????
To: Varmint Al
Contact the admin mod and ask that it be changed.

the sniper only needed on shot. this is nothing but cosmetics. the way to prevent crime if to punish criminals not guns.
