I thought the Florida court went 4-3 in favor of Gore, with the three that favored Bush being (perhaps with good reason) the ones that are up for election now. It's the other four that really need to be bumped out, and unfortunately it will be another 2-4 years before they get their turn on the chopping block.

I always vote "No" on the judges - no matter what. I always encourage everyone to. No person should have that type of power for more than one term, IMO.

Good luck Florida. Here in California we have experience tossing out liberal supreme court justices. One election we gave three of them the boot.

Chief Justice Rose Bird and two of her cronies keep blocking the state's efforts to execute convicted murderers. The good citizens of the state got tired of their games and overwhelmingly voted them out.
