I half wish I lived in Florida just to vote these bums out. Thanks for the reminder, and here's a BTTT for you.

Now Wait Just a Gosh Darned Minute!

Anstead and Pariente were a couple of goons who wrote the tortuous decision that was supposed to trump Florida Law and allow for recounts. Scalia jumped all over David Boise, in Public, as did Kennedy and O'Connor, when he tried to defend these two clowns.

Charles Wells, however, remains as Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. He wrote the dissent to the Clown Car Court's decision that served as a basis in research for Scalia's clerks. Without Wells' dissent, things might not have gone the way we liked.

Wells gets my vote. At the end, he was willing to stand by the Laws and Statutes of the State of Florida. Like Sander N. Sauls, who recused himself rather than supervise what he believed to be an illegal recount, Wells upheld his oath at the end of the day.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

Voting no will be a great pleasure. I'll will also make sure to find some ruling they did that will upset some of my neighbors and tell them about it close to election time. Does anyone know how many people actually cast a vote for Judges? Isn't it one area one of the area with lots of "undervotes"?
