I thought the Florida court went 4-3 in favor of Gore, with the three that favored Bush being (perhaps with good reason) the ones that are up for election now. It's the other four that really need to be bumped out, and unfortunately it will be another 2-4 years before they get their turn on the chopping block.

I think the last SCOFFLAW vote was 6-1....though I could be mistaken. I do know the first SCOFFLAW vote was unanimous to continue allowing Al Gore to steal the election.

The first outrageous ruling that started it all was unanimous (7-0). They ruled that Kathleen Harris abused her discretion when she followed law. She should have used here discretion to make a special exception for Gore and in not doing so she abused her discretion. This overruled lower court Democrat judges who sided with Harris. So there is no need to worry about which judge did what on the later ruling. Are some more extreme than others? Sure, but they all must go, especially since Republicans are and will be in control of the nomination and confirmation process.

Anstead, one of the four who voted for the Scofflaws' last and worst opinion in the election aftermath -- in fact, the justice most responsible for that judicial monstrosity --, is up for retention this year. Let us hope that he is dumped.
