We need to contact our Congress Critters and tell them to pass President Bush's nominees - we need to get all the Clinton appointees OUT of the INS, and the Visa and Passport offices.
We also need to get our American programmers (not those H-1B's from Asia and India!!) to hook up the computer systems of the FBI, and INS so that when a Visa expires, someone knows to go look for the person who is now "out of status" and ship them back to wherever they came from.

we *mustn't* doubt the true allegiance of Muslims/Arabs in this country. I have some Arab relatives. (I'm of Middle Eastern christian ancestry myself). Most are in California - and they are a mixed bag regarding allegiance. Some are very anti Israel having had relatives killed in Bierut.... these are the younger ones. Older relatives such as my parents generation are VERY loyal to America and VERY Republican.

Seriously, they are not protected by Miranda or any such law.
