Seriously, they are not protected by Miranda or any such law.

They have admitted they are soldiers engaged in war against US. They are soldiers in that war, operating in a self-described combat zone, not in a recognisable uniform of the enemy. As such, they could be shot on sight. (NOT ADVOCATING THAT!)

So much for Miranda.

The treatment on non-uniformed soldiers may not apply in the absence of a Declaration of War.
