The leftists at the Harvard Crimson have spoken out against transgender athlete bans and claimed that the evidence to support the case that men have a physical advantage over women is “less conclusive.”
However, in the process of making the assertion, the article ignored all evidence to the contrary to support their own claim that transgender athlete participation is wholly benign.
In the college paper’s April 16 editorial, entitled, There Are Many Obstacles Facing Women’s Sports. Trans Athletes Aren’t One, writer Jonathan G. Yuan writes for The Crimson Editorial Board that the “science” is “less conclusive” that “transgender women hold a biological edge over their cisgender opponents.”
The science-free citation of using the political term “cisgender” aside, Yuan goes on to insist that “science” proves that men who take female hormones to “transition” lose their male strength.
“According to the National Institute of Health, testosterone levels of transgender women after 12 months of hormone therapy resemble those of their cisgender counterparts, while their muscle strength either decreases or remains unchanged after a year of treatment,” Yuan wrote.
He then sallies forth as if that was all the evidence anyone has ever presented to show that “transgender women” are on an equal playi....

Uh yea the intellectual destitution is the biological advantages of the testosterone up to that point don’t just disappear.

So when I go to the gym and work out with 5 or 10 pound weights while my male colleagues work out with 40 pound weights, that is not an indication that men have biological advantages over women.
As far as physical strength, men are much stronger than women. This is why I have a husband, he will pick up those heavy things I can’t manage.
Women do have physical advantages over men in terms of health. At every age, starting from conception, males die at a higher rate than females. For every 100 girls born, there are 105 to 110 boys born. But in nursing homes, women outnumber men.
Yuan should watch a few episodes of “American Ninja Warrior” ...

Well in that case we don't need women's sports at all. We'll just have "sports" where anyone can try out and the best are picked without respect to sex. Bet you they would look like the men's teams.
Yuan claims studies that show men have biological advantages over women in sports aren't conclusive, because of small number of test subjects.
Any bets on they picked such a small test pool just to be unable to prove the hypothesis that men are stronger, much like flipping a coin once and getting heads will not prove the coin has two heads. Flip it a hundred times and get heads every time and you'll start getting statistically valid results.

Only sport I know of where women are really equal to men is smallbore offhand target shooting. Some coaches have said women are actually better.
In my ten-year career as a motorcycle road racer, I knew a woman who was pretty good.
Women make pretty good pilots, too.
But track and field, swimming, soccer, football, ice hockey, etc......nope.
Well, I can see why people think this. Used to be kids fought on the playground and learned over time that girls just don’t have what boys have in the way of upper body strength, arm reach, and all this other stuff.
But now kids are not allowed to fight, so they don’t learn that.
Instead they learn from TV that women beat up men 24/7. I first noticed this in the Matrix, back in the 1990s, but it had been going on for longer than that.
Watch NCIS Hawaii: unbelievable! And the sound they add for the women’s punches are just as loud as for the men’s.
And the good guys are hardly ever knocked out, and everyone is ok afterwards: very few black eyes for instance.
I think most women would be seriously injured when punched in the face by a bad guy...

This idiot Yuan’s opinion came from one study of the after effects of the tranny drugs completely ignoring that men start off being stronger and faster.
It ignored actual distance running results instead just focusing on testosterone levels before and after the tranny drugs.
So they can lower Noah Lyles level to female levels but they can’t reverse 20+yrs of Lyles testosterone that made him a man.
It is a pathetic joke.
