Well, I can see why people think this. Used to be kids fought on the playground and learned over time that girls just don’t have what boys have in the way of upper body strength, arm reach, and all this other stuff.
But now kids are not allowed to fight, so they don’t learn that.
Instead they learn from TV that women beat up men 24/7. I first noticed this in the Matrix, back in the 1990s, but it had been going on for longer than that.

And the good guys are hardly ever knocked out, and everyone is ok afterwards: very few black eyes for instance.
I think most women would be seriously injured when punched in the face by a bad guy...
