Exactly. That is the motto of all the environmental groups. The come up with pie in the sky plans, the institute them, the results are catastrophic, no one calls them on it and the move on to the next disaster in waiting.

Those dams had been for over a century and the salmon were doing just fine. Now the salmon are dead, other wildlife that depended on those lakes for their existence are dying. Property values have plummeted and all for what, so some eco-freak living in his mother basement can feel good about themselves.

Trout Unlimited is pushing the same insanity in Michigan. I can assure they’ve learned nothing from this fiasco. Because ultimately, it’s not about the fish. It’s why I dropped my membership.

Reality Bump! Thanks for posting this!:

“Damn Dam plan worked as designed!”

The fish were the excuse, not the objective!

The objective was to destroy water resources for farmland and human consumption.

This is just one part of the “Population Control” agenda.

Leftist philosophy in a nutshell....they’re willing to kill as many as it takes to implement their idea of utopia.

There is a video on YouTube showing a California condor being killed by a wind generator/bird slayer. They did not sue over the death of that protected species what makes you think they will sue for the slaughter of the fish!

Chgogal :" Sue the crap out of them and their financial supporters as well.
It’s time to rain hell on them."

I believe that there is already a legal precedent according to the size and species of fish destroyed.
There needs to be some accountability for the degradation and mortality of the fish populations,
otherwise such actions will continue, unchecked and unanswered.
There has to have already been a legal precedent somewhere.

Let's face it... the Government are EXPERTS at being so INEPT that they've become Professionals at "Screwing up a FREE LUNCH at a Sunday School Picnic!"

“It is unfortunately typical that when government actions harm the environment, agencies spend more time deflecting blame than addressing the problem or being held accountable.”

It's the government's default response.

Exctly. That is the motto of all the environmental groups. The come up with pie in the sky plans, the institute them, the results are catastrophic, no one calls them on it and the move on to the next disaster in waiting.

Sierra Club is well known for this. They have come out in support of wind farms in major bird migration flyways, and poo-poo concerns of bird-strikes related to turbines, etc.

It got so bad with them that some local chapters of The Nature Conservancy and other groups who buy land to put in protectorship have ended cooperation with the Sierra Club. Someone (now retired) at the Cornell Ornithology Lab told me that the Sierra Club has lost a lot of cachet in the Lab over their support of wind turbines, etc.
