Four gunmen of eleven conspirators arrested. The mercenary terrorists claim they were recruited and paid for their act. They were given documents and directed to an arms cache. We’ve gotten no information on the other seven conspirators arrested. The individuals, perhaps those seven, who were responsible for planning and coordinating the attack on the ground in Russia will be the link to who was ultimately responsible for the attack.

The ISIS-affiliated channels have published a photo allegedly showing the attackers at Crocus City Hall.
The color and cut of the clothes of the men in the photo resemble the attire of the suspected organizers of the attack.
The New York Times previously reported that ISIS-Khorasan claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. This group emerged in eastern Afghanistan in late 2014.
It's worth noting that the Islamic State has a history of claiming responsibility for attacks it did not orchestrate. We cannot confirm the authenticity of the photo.

The group that claimed credit for the deadly terrorist attack in Moscow on Friday is the Islamic State affiliate in Afghanistan called Islamic State Khorasan Province, or ISIS-K.
ISIS-K was founded in 2015 by disaffected members of the Pakistani Taliban, who then embraced a more violent version of Islam. The group saw its ranks cut roughly in half, to about 1,500 to 2,000 fighters, by 2021 from a combination of American airstrikes and Afghan commando raids that killed many of its leaders.
ISIS-K carried out a suicide bombing at the international airport in Kabul in August 2021 that killed 13 U.S. troops and as many as 170 civilians.

Extremely skeptical. 9/11 hijackers were all clean-shaven. These men are not. Typical terrorist has some college, is fairly attuned to what’s required to stay on the down low. Being clean-shaven is one of the simplest things they can do.
The fact that the perps got away and the Russians arrested the usual suspects suggests the possibility that this was an inside job meant to goose domestic support for the war. Different matter if they had been killed in situ. The one-hour emergency servicea response time just screams pre-arrangement meant to give the perps time to get away.
A police station was less than 2 miles away and an OMON base 8 minutes drive away and still it took an hour for someone to arrive.
Could be typical Russian incompetence, but that’s stretching it.
I really don’t know who to believe anymore, certainly not our side.
