Republicans in the Kentucky House are proposing a resolution that would create “a sanctuary state” for fossil fuel-powered generators.
The resolution, which was assigned to a committee Wednesday, appears to be modeled after the concept of “sanctuary cities,” which are local jurisdictions that have agreed not to comply with federal immigration regulations.
The resolution aims to exempt Kentucky from EPA regulations regarding coal- and natural gas-fired power plants. Permitting for such facilities would be done by the state, and Kentucky agencies would be prohibited from collecting fines or penalties for violations of federal regulations related to fossil fuel-fired power plants.

Don’t support their select sanctuarys . Do so by sanctioning the fed tax paid previously so dutifully and make it legal, local laws for local folks , the feds don’t like it so what see my deputy standing around you.
When these Communist politicians declared “Sanctuary Cities” where the law didn’t apply for illegal alien invaders, people were quick to point out that their own municipality should declare themselves “Sanctuary Cities from Income Taxes” and “Sanctuary Cities from illegal Gun Control Laws”.
I’d like to see my home state (PA) legalize the sale of fully automatic machine guns to anyone 8 or older.
With the development of horizontal drilling, I hope that someday the States that know the Globull Hoax is crap will drill under the Blue States that refuse to use all the energy under their feet. Right now, we know* about several huge hydrocarbon deposits in America. These huuuuge sources of energy are under both Blue and Red States.
