That’s what I’m saying. If he dies or is incapacitated before 1/27, we get a garbage dem for the remainder of the term. I don’t know what to tell you about your confusion. Is it age related like Slo Joe’s?

I’m in Kentucky and I watched it happen. The corrupt, free spending teacher unions and the election night steal machine in Jefferson County (Louisville) are responsible.

I don’t think this will survive a court challenge. If we really want this there will need to be an amendment to Kentucky’s constitution.

Can you elaborate on why an amendment to the KY Const is necessary. These drive by comments about it being unconstitutional does not help educate us.
