The way I understand it she wasn’t supposed to take it the first time......but having been monitoring the proceedings (a violation of the courts orders and ethics) she just couldn’t help herself.
Throwing a tantrum to gain leverage and put the opposition on defense in any given situation is a favorite tactic of black women......I saw it many times in my 40 years in the workforce......31 of that with the DoD so you can probably imagine.
Her behavior actually made me flash back to several situations I witnessed over the years.

Now the CIA and the whole DOJ kept trying to obtain testimony against Trump to put Him to death, or at least bar him from holding office, and they were not finding any.
For many were making up false evidence and giving false testimony against Him, but their testimony was not consistent.
Some stood up and began to give false testimony against Him, saying, “We heard Him say, ‘I will destroy this democracy and rule as long as I live.’” Not even in this respect was their testimony consistent.
The DOJ stood up and came forward and questioned Trump, saying, “Do You not answer? What is it that these men are testifying against You?”
But He kept silent and did not answer, instead saving his words for the day when real evidence can be used in lawful trials, if not military tribunals.
Again the DOJ was questioning Him, and saying to Him, “Are you the purported front runner to be nominated and to hold the Office of President for four more years?”
And Trump said, “I am; and you shall see America made great again.”
Tearing his clothes, the DOJ said, “What further need do we have of the Constitution? You have heard the blasphemy; how does it seem to you?”
And they all condemned Him to be deserving of death, or at least barred from holding office.
