Yes, just not likely effectively, though I believe Murkowski in Alaska did so with Dem support since she is effectively a Dem there anyway and Alaska is a very quirky state with its geographics, demographics, and tribal Native population makeup. Historically, too many can’;t be bothered to effectively, legally, legibly, write in a candidate so that that candidate wins over printed choices.

The Court will rule for Trump but leave open the question of whether the congress could refuse to seat him for insurrection. The question becomes which congress? The old one or the newly elected one.
