Senator James Lankford (R-OK) said Monday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends” that people should read the bipartisan border bill he co-authored before going off on a Facebook post.
Lankford said, “People have got to be able to read it and go through it themselves. Don’t just go off of a Facebook post somewhere what the bill says.”
He continued, “The key aspect of this, again, is are we, as Republicans, going to have press conferences and complain the borders bad and then intentionally leave it open after the worst month in American history in December? Now we’ve got to actually determine, are we going to just complain about things? Are we going to actually dress in a change as many things as we can if we have the shot?”

letting the illegal aliens go for a few weeks is no different than letting them go for a few years!
The second you let them go, they are GONE! and will NEVER go to any court for asylum!
And second, Biden is not FORCED to do anything, as always he had “discretion”, which is always the case, and he will use it to do NOTHING
And 3rd all the border money will be diverted to Santuary cities and then be given to the illegal aliens that Texas is sending there!
This is quiet possibly the WORST piece of crap I have ever seen.
‘Defund all programs to help illegals stay in the USA. Deport all illegals ASAP. Those who do not self-deport within 30 days can never return legally.’
That’s it.
We need a very simple bill:
1) Close the border.
2) Evict all illegals currently in the country.
When that’s done, repeal Ted Kennedy’s bill that allowed immigration from all over & go back to a policy of bringing in those who are culturally & politically in line with THIS country.
That should do it.

Personally? I think all sides are missing the point. President Biden ignores existing law. It doesn’t matter what Senator Lankford thinks about provisions that may improve border control if Biden simply ignores them. And, yes. Biden should be impeached, but that is a useless endeavor as it will never get through the US senate.
The US House already passed a bill enshrining Trump’s successful border policies into law—dead in the senate.
From what I have read, it’s crazy
It codifies and legalizes the current Mayorkas and Biden policies of back door legalization of illegal immigration
It will not shut down the border- it opens them up forever.
And it will not do a darn bit of good because you simply can’t just shut down and open up a border with millions of invaders coming across like it was a barn door or something
Completely unworkable
And what do we get for it in return
Billions of tax payer dollars to Ukraine and billions of dollars to Hamas.
And an extortionate unblocking of allocated funds to Israel that are being held hostage to force this deal through
