He was 48 when that happened, old enough to have impulse control. Did he do these things? The vast majority of people there did NOT do these kinds of things. If he did them, I don't have any sympathy for him. He maintains they brought charges based on screen captures that don't give correct context. Perhaps that is true, and is not outside the scope.
I thought Antifa scumbags should have been charged when THEY did these things, and I consistently think we should all be held to the same standard, even though we are NOT.
If Trump is elected, there is no doubt he will issue pardons, but I can guarantee, they won't be blanket pardons. And Trump will have people tasked with making recommendations from video. If his video shows the charges are spurious as he asserts, he may get a pardon. If the video shows otherwise, he won't.
Good argument.
If President Trump does pardon the public ought to be shown the videos, for at least three reasons.
1. To show the public the charges are clearly without merit and Neumann deserves to come home.
2. To show the public the charging officials and their superiors are scum bags.
3. Perhaps to show LEO's charged the crowd that Neumann was a part of, that Neumann was trapped by the crowd and defending himself.
Whatever. I’m just glad you’re not on the jury.
