Nolte: Far-Left CNN Forced to Cancel New Hampshire Debate
Breitbart ^ | 01/17/2024 | John Nolte

CNN, a far-left propaganda outlet that spreads conspiracy theories and political violence, was forced to cancel a New Hampshire debate that was scheduled for Sunday, two days before the Granite State primary.

The reason? Both former President Donald Trump and former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) declined to appear for the CNNLOL debate. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was the only candidate who made the cut and was still willing to appear. Although DeSantis tweeted that he was willing to debate an empty podium, CNN likely decided its ratings were already low enough and pulled the plug on the whole thing.

“Who would want to watch CNN in the first place? “

A better question is why is the Republican Party permitting CNN to host a debate?

They should find a way for Governor DeSantis to debate the Democrat contenders if everybody else drops out. How many are there? It might at least be entertaining.

How can CNN or MSNBC do a debate with Trump. They say they cannot air his comments unfiltered, which means they can never cover him.

Well, why not turn it into a town hall event?

I think, technically speaking, the GOP allowed the candidates to accept debate offers that weren’t necessarily endorsed by the party.

That said, GOP candidates need to be able to reach voters who aren’t already in a camp or strongly affiliated with a party. There isn’t anything inherently wrong with trying to convince voters from the middle and other side of the aisle to vote GOP. It’s how Reagan won - by being able to convince people to move over by persuasive arguments and good nature/humor.

Gutless. Let Governor debate the empty podium.

ESPECIALLY when CNN refused to air the Trump victory speech in Iowa. I'd tell them flat out, we won't do any debates on your station if you can't air our candidates victory speeches without inserting your LIES about the candidates border policies. FIRE Ronna!.

I tuned in to CNN a few days ago to see how the agitprop would present what was happening. I almost vomited.

The Romney wing of the RINO Party must be very disappointed that their CNN event fizzled. I would love to know who the fool was that scheduled it in the first place.
