No. Judge Mizelle found the ban has always been unconstitutional. The ban was put into effect in 1972. It never existed before then.

I rarely go to the post office, and I never carry there. I do not believe it is necessary. I am OK with others carrying weapons there.

I really want to see an end to the patchwork quilt of places where people are forbidden to carry weapons. I cannot drive across town to the range without crossing a number of such areas. Those “gotcha” laws must be abolished.
