Trump doesn’t stand a prayer of getting justice in NY. The system is corrupt to the core.

Why should he have to pay three journalists who accessed, or were given copies of his private tax returns illegally?

Ostensibly, the court is saying that Trump shouldn't have sued them and run up their legal bills, thus Trump has to pay their legal bills.
In reality what they're saying is the left has a right to take Trump down and he should thank them for it instead of fighting it.

Why should he have to pay three journalists who accessed, or were given copies of his private tax returns illegally? Because the judge found that Trump filed a frivolous SLAPP suit against the three journalists. The judge ordered that Trump pay the journalists’ legal fees.

The Demoncrats are bound and determined to keep Trump off the 2024 ballot via crooked judges and Soros DAs no matter what and all the while ignoring the most crooked politician to hold the office of Senator and President.

"Ostensibly, the court is saying that Trump shouldn't have sued them and run up their legal bills, thus Trump has to pay their legal bills."
But it's okay for them to run up Trump's legal bills over bullshit.

"The Demoncrats are bound and determined to keep Trump off the 2024 ballot..."
Scottish archaeologist, historian and commentator Neil Oliver said on his latest YouTube video that "Americans are being told that Democracy itself will be on the ballot. They're actually using that form of word. Except, for anyone that hasn't been drinking heavily, it's looking increasingly like what the Democrat White House is working towards is an election with only one candidate. I dont' know how Democratic that is."

More crap out of America’s FRAUDULENT “justice system” and boneheaded judges and juries. The fraudulent courts steal more money from Americans than the democrats steal elections.

I realize that, but the courts allowed frivolous suits filed by E. Jean Carroll, first over an alleged incident, she can't even remember the date it occurred, and then again when she didn't like things Trump publicly said about her after the first court case ended. Which suit(s) is/are more frivolous? E. Jean Carroll's, or Donald Trump's. Trump's of course, if the Judge sitting is a Democrat.

Maybe what Trump should do is have these two journalists arrested for accepting stolen taxpayer information.

Who cares what the judge believes? Time will tell if Trump cares enough to pay the $400,000 in attorney’s fees.
