They would just need to show up to their caucus with a valid photo id in hand - and vote.

If you had RTFA you would have learned that "...Colorado’s Democrat regime refuses to cancel the primary and let GOP voters caucus."

Colorado politics has gone crazy. I can’t believe the stuff I hear coming out of that state. We all thought California was bad, Colorado is giving that state a run for its money!

Ignore the ruling and write in Trump or have right-leaning auditors print ballots with Trump as an option.

The ball is now in the court of the Colorado Republican Party. They can disallow the primary and go to a caucus system, as Iowa has. If, say, DeSantis, Haley, and Christie do not remove their names, as Ramaswamy says he will do, the state party must reject the balloting. If they fail to do so, the national convention must not seat any Colorado delegates pledged to DeSantis, Haley, and Christie.

Once again, the Constitution gives the State Legislatures absolute power over the selection of the State’s Electors. Political parties are not mentioned, nor are primary elections.

Soap box
Jury box
Ballot box

We’ll see how 2024 shapes up. I expect the Democrats to reach too far to basically cancel the election without literally cancelling the election. People won’t stand for it. There are more than 3 boxes in the world.

If you had RTFA you would have learned...

If you would have lived in the state of Colorado as a native, like me - then you would have known that the state party absolutely controls the primary. The Demonrats have no say in how another literal corporation runs its governance.

Republican primary elections are a relatively new thing in our state. The caucus system is alive and well - in fact, I'll be leading the caucus meeting for my precinct...

Well, with over 14 million questionable foreigners crossing our Southern border in the last 3 years, why should they not make these fearless pronouncements?

You think you are making a jurisdictional argument, however you are really making a standing argument. Standing argument: Because the US Constitution gives the State legislatures power over their own elections - both state and federal, the only people that could bring the Colorado case are members of the Colorado legislature, therefore the Colorado Supreme Court should have dismissed the case because it had the Wrong Plaintiffs. Only the Colorado legislature would have standing to bring the case.

Only the Colorado legislature would have standing to bring the case.

OK ... I understand what you're saying here. But in this matter, the Legislature wouldn't even need to bring the case. They should have on their own the power to decide how to run the election. Whether as a matter of jurisdiction or of standing, the CO court is way out of line getting involved the way it did.

Where courts could be involved (IMO) is when the State boards of elections are not running the election the way the Legislature told them to. That was an issue in 2020 and will no doubt be an issue next year. I don't see it applying in this matter, however.

So, worst case, GOP has to hold a primary without Trump and select a candidate. When the convention comes around, whoever the primary winner is should release his delegates to “vote their conscience.” They can then vote for anyone, and especially the Donald.
