Democracy: When the progressive candidate is installed in office. If Trump or Orban win a majority of the votes, that's a threat to democracy. If a color revolution prevents them from assuming office, that's a win for democracy.
Freedom: Engaging in whatever drugs use and sex acts you desire, while being shielded from contrary opinions.

This narrative runs directly contrary to the polling data. Trump is either even or has a 1% lead among the under 30s. Yes, that’s right. The Democrats do not lead with group they have traditionally won by 30 or 40 points. In fact, they’re terribly worried about it.
So obviously they are NOT “concerned” with (insert leftist talking point here). They’re far more concerned with the crappy economy. Also, they overwhelmingly support Trump’s foreign policy under which we stayed out of constant foreign wars.
But the GOOD NEWS is:

Their entire life they have been told nothing but lies. The question is, how convincing has the Left been? Because to this 71 year old, these lies are not convincing at all - in fact, I would go as far as to say the Left are piss-poor liars.
Can generation Z all be that gullible? I would think a fair percentage of them would be fully aware they are being lied to - and perhaps insulted by it. Maybe there will be a mutiny.
