The Heritage Foundation is suing the Department of Homeland Security for withholding information about a grant of more than $350,000 it gave to a university program that linked the conservative group, Fox News and the Republican Party to militant neo-Nazis, according to a copy of the filing exclusively obtained by The Post.
Heritage filed the civil suit on Tuesday in Washington, DC, federal court, alleging that DHS failed to comply with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request about $352,109 provided to the University of Dayton for research on “domestic violence extremism and hate movements.”
“DHS repeatedly failed to respond to Plaintiffs’ FOIA Request seeking information about how DHS views Heritage,” lawyers Joseph Edlow and Samuel Dewey stated in the filing.
“Plaintiffs are thus left with no remedy but this lawsuit to determine if DHS in facts [sic] believes Heritage, Fox News, and others to be worthy of being lumped in the same group as Nazis.” *** Heritage, Fox News, the Republican National Committee and the National Rifle Association, among others, were included on the same pyramid with known hate organizations such as the neo-Nazi paramilitary group The Base and the white supremacist website The Daily Stormer.
Breitbart News, PragerU, Turning Point USA, the Christian Broadcasting Network, the American Conservative Union and the nonpartisan outlet Quillette were also placed on the pyramid next to the far-right groups.

Even though The Heritage Foundation is one of the groups named as eveeel & NAZI, I cannot help but wonder if the court will rule, they do not have standing.
Maybe they will not have standing Because they are eveeel & NAZI.
I do find it interesting the the grant went to the University of Dayton. A religious school. A Catholic school. A Marianist School.

Not to hard for Heritage to show substantial reputational damage to their brand. Such damage resulting in finical losses.
They could even get triple damages if they can show malus which won't be to hard.
NAZIs are socialists. They are big government. And controlling government. That is not conservative. Nor is it liberal. But democrats align themselves with socialism. Republicans don’t.
Back in the early 70’s I had a long one-on-one discussion with the President of the American Nazi Party. His giant bodyguard was there, both in Nazi uniforms.
I was a teenage radio announcer. They came to object to a commentary the station had made. But I was the only person in the building at the time. It kind of scared me when they came walking into my control room.
He was claiming to be against everything liberal and for conservative ideals. At that age, I didn’t know what he was talking about. He didn’t like the college I was attending, saying it was very liberal.
After he left, I called the owner of the station. He wanted to know if the guy threated to blow up the radio station. :-)

He speaks with the earnestness of truth - which is the essence of his deceit, his lie. He endeavors to ensnare an unsuspecting soul and drag them into their own destruction... true evil.
Notice how many of the Left deceive like this. The lie springs so easily to their lips. Their souls are bonded with demonic powers; notice how they all think and speak the same and no deviation is tolerated.
