Pick a random auto manufacturing plant in the U.S. today … the Honda plant in Marysville (Ohio), for example. Then find a location in New York City or Chicago where anything close to that size could fit.

++++++++

Sorry. Not buying your argument. Detroit especially has massive amounts of usable land that simply needs to be leveled. Multiple square miles of trashed unlivable houses. There is land-o-plenty.

The reason that Honda / Toyota / Nissan , etc. is not in Detroit is real simple.

Overall, I agree with him. My only caveat is that we don’t really know if they ARE voting for these people. We only know that those who count the votes SAY they voted for these people. And in certain cities, there is a machinery in place, if you know what I mean.

So the “final solution” is to send the factory, the know how, jobs and the wealth creation to the third world - right globalist?

An article I can agree with. Leftist cities decaying simply because the voters want it to decay.

There is a fear that the mass illegal infiltration across our border contains numerous terrorists. Most of these people are going to leftist areas. If these terrorists strike with deadly attacks, it will likely be on the most vulnerable, which would be these leftist strong holds.

The terrorists are likely smart enough not to attack a red state where the general populous is heavily armed.

Imagine, terrorists with knives, machetes and whatever they can find breaking into homes in a planned attack and hacking unarmed people to death.

This would be sheer terror that was invited by our own governments policies.

Absolutely not. The solution is to build the factory right here in the U.S. in a place that can accommodate a 7.5 million square foot facility on 1,300+ acres of land.

This is roughly the size of the Toyota plant in Georgetown, Kentucky.

There isn't any place in New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, etc. where you could build a facility like this. Even if you close Central Park and give all the land to Toyota at no expense, that still only gets you about 850 acres.

Detroit especially has massive amounts of usable land that simply needs to be leveled.

Sit down and figure out the cost of demolishing a thousand acres of existing buildings and infrastructure, and then compare it to the cost of building on undeveloped land.

Then see if you have two of the most critical off-site needs for a major auto manufacturing facility available in the middle of Detroit: (1) Class I railroad access for outbound shipments of finished vehicles, and (2) proximity to an intermodal rail terminal for inbound deliveries.

The worst part about all of it is, the ones that can afford to move, the affluent liberal, move and set about destroying the next place.

They’re the ones, more than any other that cause these problems. They’re the ones with the money to fund campaigns or live in places that aren’t effected by the violence.

Take Seattle years ago during the riots. The Mayor and her neighbors lived in the city. Far removed from all the violence and chaos taking place. But, when protesters showed up on her street the cops were there within moments to get rid of them.
