Yes, the passage you excerpted refers to the same incident described in the previous paragraph:
Another guy, a big defund-the-police moron, got stabbed by the same kind of degenerate in New York while his commie girlfriend watched and then refused to give cops a description because she didn’t want to see the guy charged. When the cops did find the killer, the regime media decided to play along with the criminals-as-victim lie by blurring his face.

I worry that this lawlessness will eventually spread everywhere unless somebody puts a stop to it. Democrats seem not to mind it and we have no political power so it will be headed in our direction soon enough.

Some cities and states with ever higher income taxes are driving people out causing them to move to other states. U-Haul has statistics on one-way rental. People are leaving California and New York in large numbers.
Democrat and Sanctuary Cities are also a magnet for illegal immigrants who need social services that are costly at the local level.
Even with election fraud, the elites of these cities support these policies.
There isn’t enough popular opposition to support a counter elite that could challenge them.
The problem is that people who support this garbage can exit. They move to other areas and immediately start supporting the same poison that destroyed where they came from.

Yep. The fact that many of these formerly very rich cities have turned into unlivable hellholes is quite simply not my problem. The residents chose to live in chaos and squalor rather than to maintain civilization so let them reap the rewards of their own stupidity.
When one of my enemies like the Klantifa moron in New York or like the loudmouth “journalist” in Philly or the tech CEO in Baltimore die horribly as a result, so much the better. They would wish for no less for me. The difference between us is, I’m not stupid enough to advocate things that would destroy me.
