Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will be a headline speaker at a Conservative Political Action Conference event in Las Vegas later this month, the conference announced Friday.
The anti-establishment environmental lawyer has run a longshot primary campaign against President Biden, but is expected to change affiliation to independent next week.
“Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a unique voice in advocating for the defunding of the weaponized bureaucracy and ensuring the constitutional right of medical freedom,” CPAC Chairman Matt Schlapp said in a statement. “Kennedy joining such an important event is a reflection of the splintering of the left-wing coalition that has gone full woke Marxist to the point that traditional liberals don’t feel welcome anymore.”

I watched the interview on Steve Gruber....it was good but it looked like RFK was in Bates Motel. But I digress....
Anyway, Steve Gruber asked a great question that went something like “Since the Democrats are pushing for bans on speech, banning guns and tyrannical in many way, why are you (still) affiliated with that party”.
RFK gave a politicians answer and never really answered the question-—I tuned out after that because I wanted to “like” the guy.
Except that Junior is NOT a “traditional liberal,” in fact he’s practically a marxist.
Interesting. CPAC?? I’d like to hear what he has to say and if it can be trusted.

May I ask why? I am confused by the right’s love affair with this guy. He’s a far left nut. Just cause he might be half way right on one issue regarding the Fauci jab? You know something’s wrong when Fox is pumping this guy every night.

I like him, and have no problem if he runs. BUT if he is reaching out to the conservatives, he will take votes away from Trump.
I think it’s a mistake for conservatives to give him a platform unless he’s not going to run as a third party, and he endorses Trump over Biden. Don’t think that will happen. He has no shot of winning and he only acts as a spoiler- for which party is still uncertain. He’s still a lib the majority of issues. He’s very good on vaccines and he’s personally experienced being silenced by tech and media via the government but that ends the appeal to conservative issues.
Bad idea.
He’s interesting because he has mutual enemies, but Kennedy is and always has been a demented leftist.
This only helps him leech us for his 3rd party run.

The Uniparty has been testing this ploy in a number of states over the last decade. Now they think it is time to unleash it on the national elections
You have the Uniparty candidate in the race. He faces a formidable non party challenge. So the Uniparty recruits a spoiler. The spoiler runs their whole races specifically to split the anti Uniparty candite vote in to smaller fragments. The run on the same issues with roughly the same solutions as the anti Uniparty candiate.
Ramsawmy failed as the uniparty spoiler in the Primary, now RFK Jr is to be the uniparty spoiler for the General Election. That is their roles in the 2024 race.
Its fine to listen - but real convervatives should not let him off the hook for his very radical-left comments on climate change, oil and gas business, nuclear energy, abortion, etc...
His claim to fame is that he is anti vaccine which is fine, but the rest of his agenda, he’s basically Joe Biden without the vaccine love, people need to read his agenda on his web site instead of saying “Well he’s anti vaccine I’ll vote for him” he’s also pro abortion and anti gun
OK fair enough. Jut take everything he says with a grain of salt.
Not completely on board with giving him the stage on a conservative platform at the same time when he is forbidden to appear on any liberal platforms.
However, since that decision is not up to any of us, I hope his anti jab stance causes Trump to take a more hardliner resistance to covid vaccines. Otherwise he may peel away some Luke warm Trump supporters.
That being said, it appears fox news is pushing RFK Jr. for the very purpose of peeling away Trump supporters.
They are going make sure he poaches Trump votes a CPAC speech helps that effort.

Big mistake by conservatives. Why would they let him take votes from the conservative base.
