A federal appeals court on Thursday upheld Tennessee and Kentucky’s bans on gender-related medical interventions, such as puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and gender surgeries on children.
The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 to reject a challenge to the laws from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and families of trans-identifying children.
“This is a relatively new diagnosis with ever-shifting approaches to care over the last decade or two. Under these circumstances, it is difficult for anyone to be sure about predicting the long-term consequences of abandoning age limits of any sort for these treatments,” wrote Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton.

Are they testing hormone level in children.
If a boy believes he is a girl maybe he has low T. ?
Instead of surgery and female hormones can you administer more T and wait and see if he changes his mind?
Growing up, there were several girls in our K-6 school system who were definitely tomboys. Looking back, seeing how they eventually turned out by the time they reached high school, I thank God no one back in the day attempted to mutilate these girls.

My wife and I not only knew girls like that in school, we each have what we label as our Nordic nieces. They were superb athletes in high school and in college.
Now in their early 50’s, they are still athletic and beautiful Nordic adult women as are their now adult female daughters.
Why is it a law you cannot make decisions until you are older than 16... No guns, or Military till 18 ... 21 for alcohol etc but the very same young people can get puberty blockers and worse as soon as they can talk?

Matt Walsh has done a great job staying on the heels of the Trans-GIBLETS and their insistence on making the children their prey. I think some of the videos he has done, such as the movie “What is a Woman” and the accolades it received by so many, is giving some conservative groups more bravery in fighting in the courts against these pedophiles.
Regardless of what the mentally ill fake women, media, and the liberal white women may say, the majority of citizens DO NOT support the sexual abuse, encouraged mental illness, and sick indoctrination of children.
Between the push-back and wins in the court, the hospitals and physicians being sued, and the majority of the people being louder in saying “No” to this travesty, we might be making a little bit of headway. This may be a ruling in which the saying, “If it saves one child....”, may actually apply.
