NEW YORK (AP) — A judge ruled Tuesday that Donald Trump committed fraud for years while building the real estate empire that catapulted him to fame and the White House, and he ordered some of the former president’s companies removed from his control and dissolved. Judge Arthur Engoron, ruling in a civil lawsuit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James, found that Trump and his company deceived banks, insurers and others by massively overvaluing his assets and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and securing loans. Engoron ordered that some of Trump’s business licenses be rescinded as punishment, making it difficult or impossible for them to do business in New York, and said he would continue to have an independent monitor oversee Trump Organization operations. ..........

Is it possible this judge is factually wrong in the opinion?
Did any lenders sue the Trump organization because loans were not paid back?
Did any insurance companies sue the Trump organization claiming they had been defrauded?
And what of the banks and other Financial organizations who do appraisals when drawing up loan agreements , where the properties involved are the collateral?
So did the judge just unilaterally decide the Trump must be guilty of these crimes , or did any other business claim they’ve been defrauded by Trump?
We all started in different places, but USA, Russia, and China are all converging on one very similar uniparty, centralized, political and economic control model.

The judge is a super lib jerk. I read some of the opinion and it is laced with vicious personal attacks against President Trump. I find it very hard to believe that Trump’s “real estate empire” was built on fraud. You don’t get to that level in any business if you’ve been defrauding banks and insurance companies for decades. Period.

Banks and other lending institutions dont lend money b/c they like the way you part your hair.
They have stringent requirements and employ highly paid experts whose job it is to assess a potential borrower’s holdings.
A lender decides how much you are worth.
Realty is mostly leverage......a lender decides to make a loan based on the borrower’s ability to repay......and they demand collateral in case the borrower defaults.
This one .....Lacreature James...... dug herself into a big hole when
as a candidate she said she’d “get trump”.....but first she had to “find” a crime.
My thinking is Lacreature went after Trump’s businesses in order to get info on how he conducted the deals that made him a billionaire.

Yes. This is judge is a ridiculous partisan turd. An ignorant and moronic fat negress in a black robe. Her ruling is intended to damage Trump’s image with voters. Nothing more and will be overturned on appeal.
I would also do the same for all his New York buildings that the Judge determined their value.
Any taxing authority rejecting the re valuation, sue and subpoena the judge to provide evidence and testimony….

Insurers were defrauded when Trump paid higher premiums than necessary? Not seeing that he made any inflated claims of losses.
What about the financial worth of political hacks? Would this judge rule against the biden family for not including their hidden riches rather than disclosing their true financial worth to the public?
I would ask the same for a large number of politicians AND judges!
The value of anything isn’t what the owner declares. It’s what someone else is willing to pay for or loan money against it. The banks and lenders decided valuation. Complete ignorance of how Capitalism works is so typical of a black robed half schooled leftist.
