I had the new variant. It started with a sore throat, went to a headache, then body aches, then sinus congestion. Gee, what does that sound like? The common cold! It was gone in a week.
had the same thing- very slight sore throat- headache- hot/cold shivers- exhausted- but beyond that it was very tolerable-

This is the pattern that my wife and I experience every time we come into contact with a group with a large percentage of people who have had the shots and multiple boosters. They are shedding large amounts of spike proteins and it causes us to have some type of allergic reaction that lasts for a day or two then goes away. I believe that this reaction is common and that the authorities are trying to get out in front of this before people take notice. It is not unlike the Democrats and deep staters accusing others of what they do every day.
Mrs L just came back from a trip to Hawaii with her family. They’re all west coast liberals. There were 5 besides my wife. In total they’ve been vaccinated over 20 times.
So guess who got Covid. Yep. 3 of the 5. Mrs L got home last night and tested negative this morning in spite of spending a week in the same house with them. Her aunt is so sick she had to be wheelchaired onto her flight back to Portland.

Yeah, I got the omnicron covid varient this time last year. Thought it was a cold. I have not had cold in over 20 years. So I got it checked out. It was covid. But it went away in about a week.

That's the only worrisome part about COVID. Some people who rarely if ever get sick have gotten some variant of COVID. Maybe more than once. Not necessarily deathly ill, but sick nonetheless. That make the concern about biological warfare all the more scary.

In the past few days I experienced an uncommon sore throat, congestion, chest pain, digestive issues and lethargy.

Coincidentally, I’ve been building cabinets (sawdust), the wildfire smoke has been intruding into our area, I ate a lousy meal the other day and my sleep patterns have suffered due to the digestive issues.
But, BOY: Talk about fodder for a hypochondriac or covid-fearing libtard panzy.

A week ago Thursday, I had severe congestion and sneezing in spite of my twice a day antihistamine and Afrin. I cancelled a couple of appointments and napped throughout the rest of the day. In two days, my symptoms were gone.
Then, on Wed afternoon of this week, my wife had the same symptoms, she is about over it this morning. She just drank more water and coffee as her treatment.
Before Covid, we would have classified our short term illness as a FLV/Funny Little Virus or an early fall cold.
We know a couple in their mid 50s who are healthy and Covid panicked. They had the same crud, saw a doctor and had lab work done to see if they had RSV or ?.
They had nothing in the lab tests and probably had the same minor URI crud, and they dropped about $600 in office visits, lab visits and OTCs.
The pattern I went thru;
1st day...I felt something in my chest.
2nd day...I KNEW I had something.
Tested for COVID, absolutely nailed the little test readout for positive.
3rd day...I was miserable
Started with the horse paste (yeah...next time I start much sooner with the horse paste).
4th day...felt better, but slight sore throat.
5th day...felt even better, bad sore throat.
6th day...almost over it, throat pain-free.
7th day...I’m fine, but just wanted to sleep.
Next few days...just tired, slept a lot.
I never had a fever.

They have replaced “common cold” with “common covid”....and people freak out or get tested for such.
Woke up at 1 Tuesday morning with a sore throat,felt like crap and went home at noon Wednesday,tested positive...completely gone by Friday morning......no Vax for me....ever
Wife got covid before vaccines. I got it days later. She got the first shots. I did not. She’s gotten Covid two times since. I never have again despite no precautions when she’s sick. Slept in the same room and everything.
Oh and...I’m not jabbed.
