Trump is a billionaire. The process to win a case like this is a minimum of about $250,000 (trial/appeals and so on.) If he was his own lawyer anything he said would be used against him.

Remember they did enter the building which was a minor misdemeanor in my opinion. Should be community service or something.

The guy that picked up the podium which i think he might have been a bad actor. He had people pay for his defense it cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars and he spent about 18 months in prison.

Look at in economic terms and the threat they gave him. It was a misdemeanor if he pleads guilty. or

The 20 year sentence for interrupting is ridiculous but that is what they set.
""improper purpose" means cause unnecessary delay" No more then 20 years.
Am I mistaken but they could charge anyone in congress with that?
