Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen says Walt Nauta, the valet to the former president charged in the classified and sensitive documents case, should look out for himself and not think that Trump will protect him.
Cohen said in an interview with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins on Thursday that Nauta believes the former president will protect him if he is loyal and not “throw him under the bus.”
But he said Nauta should be able to learn from Cohen’s own experience, and those of other former Trump allies, that Trump can’t be trusted to protect his associates.

Cohen is so mad that he got caught...and IIRC, what he got caught at has “0” to do with Trump.
interesting how cohen went to prison for tax evasion but hunter...he got to go on daddy’s big bird and got a nice vacation too.

In your case, Mr. Cohen, it was warranted. You failed miserably as an attorney and as a fellow taxpayer.
The difference is likely due to the fact that Walt Nauta likely did nothing, while it is likely that Michael Cohen was a corrupt criminal.
Michael Cohen worked for Donald Trump handling piddling legal chores for his wealthy employer; writing letters, making phone calls, responding to slip and fall claims on Trump properties.
Cohen was not Trump’s “attorney” as one would believe from the lead sentence. Trump hired top legal firms for important legal matters of significance. Cohen was an errand boy for Trump, nothing more. And nothing he says matters.

I don’t think Cohen shows much class going after his past
client the way he is.
Some of these public figures have no ethics at all these
days.
