Philly mayor under scrutiny as city resists push to reinvestigate 'suicide' of woman stabbed 20 times

Ellen Greenberg, a Philadelphia teacher, was found dead in her apartment the morning after a blizzard 12 years ago by her then-fiance. She had 20 stab wounds, including 10 to the back of her head and neck, and was covered in bruises in different states of healing.

".... her mother, Sandee Greenberg, told Fox News Digital. "And the politicians, they are unconscionable."

The city medical examiner's office initially ruled her daughter's gruesome death a homicide but then called it a suicide after a meeting with police and prosecutors, according to court filings.

Greenberg was 27 when her fiance, Samuel Goldberg, told police he came home Jan. 26, kicked in the locked door to their apartment and found her dead with a knife stuck in her chest, leaning against a kitchen cabinet, according to court documents.

"Reviewing the file and the crime scene photographs and the medical examiner’s photographs, I don’t know how you come to that conclusion [of suicide]," Guy D’Andrea, a former homicide prosecutor with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, told Fox News Digital last year.

"At a minimum," the cause of death should have been "undetermined," he said.

There was evidence the scene had been staged and that her body had been moved. The family's private investigator said dried blood would not have dripped sideways across her face if she’d died in the position she was found.

Video evidence from the building surveillance cameras and from the manager's cellphone has since gone missing, according to Greenberg's parents.

Ross, a specialist in forensic and neuropathology who re-examined Greenberg’s death at Brennan’s behest, found the facts support homicide as the manner of death and that the initial autopsy missed obvious signs of manual strangulation in addition to the stab wounds and other bruising.

Yep. 20 stab wounds with some to the back of the head, along with old bruises in various stages of healing, and signs of strangulation, my first thought would be suicide!

Amateurs. If the Clintons had been involved, the “suicide” victim would have 20 stab wounds, along with a bullet through the head, and finally having the victim cover their own, dead body in gasoline and burned to a crisp.

It sure looks like the big shots know who the murderer is, and are protecting him/her. Some sharp investigative reporter needs to dig deep into this.

Oops! What am I saying? All investigative reporters are already on assignment. They’re trying to find out if Trump ever littered when he was a child.

Another example of why we can’t believe what any government tells us about anything.

Sometimes people stab themselves over 50 times and fail to die.
Just bad luck, I guess.

The fiance was TOTALLY not involved:

“Her shirt won't come off, it's a zipper. Oh, my God, she stabbed herself,” he told the operator.

20 times.

They are doing the same thing here in Memphis after every murder. Tremendous top down push to make everything a suicide.

Sounds like the boyfriend did it and his family were big Demonrat donors and members of the Jewish Mafia, here in PA.

Sounds like Shapiro, as AG, sat on the case for years.

If EVER there was a 'crime of passion', this is it. Targeted and very emotional.

Hmmmm, perhaps she was having an affair with a high-profile local politician and he had her offed? Is the suspect black and that's why there's a cover-up?

In any case she was VERY pretty and "Epstein didn't kill himself".

THIS is NOT a suicide:

“The city medical examiner’s office initially ruled her daughter’s gruesome death a homicide but then called it a suicide after a meeting with police and prosecutors, according to court filings.”

But authorities have maintained that they found no evidence of foul play – without publicly explaining how they reached that conclusion.

I still believe the Democrats plan is to let law and order degrade down to the point they can declare a “National Emergency” and have either the military or the UN deploy troops and take over and put us under Martial LAw.

That is a logical conclusion. However, I’ve found that their actual plans are usually multiple times worse that what we can envision. Which means their goals and intentions are actually something which we cannot even yet imagine. I’ve slowly realized how the revelations revealed in the book of Revelation can turn into reality. (quite an alliteration there wasn’t it?)

“20 times. That had to hurt.”

It certainly did! One would think she would have abandoned the plan after experiencing such pain that she obviously had to be suffering.

The fact that the kitchen wasn’t covered in blood and that there was suspicion her body had been moved and positioned, makes me sorta think that someone else was involved with her “suicide”. That’s confirmed by the fact that the front door showed little evidence of having been “kicked in” and only had slight damage to the lock. In addition to the fact that at least one wound was inflicted after her heart had stopped pumping.

There is no way this woman committed suicide. Try to stab yourself in the back of the head (multiple times) in a way to cause extreme physical injuries, and let me know if such a thing can be done.

Next time an alien ship abducts someone and carries them up and away they’ll tell us we saw Venus between the clouds.

Goerge Noory: That Venus moves around so much.
