I could see those in charge of this concluding that the only way to be sure of effectively blocking sunlight would be a nuclear Winter of causing a large volcanic eruption.
I don’t know about starting a nuclear war but could Man even nudge a large volcano to erupt artificially? With nuclear weapons?
What lucky location would be chosen? Krakatoa? Vesuvius? The Yellowstone caldera?

Isn’t that the truth?!!! I believe the Clinton’s ruled the corruption and money graft for many many years. However, they underestimated the ruthlessness of Obama and the Bidens. Joe Biden, with all his decades as a Democrat senator coupled with his eight years as VP, probably collected and has maintained evidence of all the Clinton’s secrets and are holding them over the Clinton’s family’s head.
That’s why HRC stepped back in 2020 and let ole “middle class Joe” take the lead in the run against Trump. That’s also why Chelsea hasn’t stepped into the spotlight to run as a NY Senator. The Biden handlers (Obama and his crew) has told the Clinton’s that “we will let you know if we need your area of expertise. Until then just spout the sound-bites we provide for you”.
The Clinton’s probably thought they had found a black guy they could manage while virtue signaling their “creds”. It back-fired on them big-time! Obama has taken over DC and the Biden’s are his front-men hiding him from any corruption allegations.
