Hunter Biden Deducted Payments to Hooker and Sex Club From His Taxes, Whistleblower Says
Washington Free Beacon ^ | June 22, 2023 | Chuck Ross and Joseph Simonson

Hunter Biden deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments he made to a prostitute and a sex club from his taxes, IRS whistleblowers told Congress.

One whistleblower, an IRS criminal investigator whose identity remains a mystery but who worked on the Biden tax probe, told members of the House Ways and Means Committee in a June 1 interview that Biden improperly deducted those expenses from his 2018 taxes.

That's one of the years covered under Biden's plea deal with federal prosecutors, which critics are deriding as a sweetheart deal. Another whistleblower, IRS criminal supervisory special agent Gary Shapley, told lawmakers that the Justice Department's tax division and the prosecutors handling the Biden probe viewed the deductions as "a slam dunk case" of tax fraud. The whistleblowers' testimony fills in many of the gaps on how exactly Biden evaded paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes.

When it comes to paying taxes, Bobby the Hunter Bidenskyyyy is a real tightwad. The average rich bastard that the far-left whiners are always whining about for not paying their “fair share” of taxes.

Wonder what IRS form or schedule that uses? I was not aware of that being deductible. Can I also deduct bottles of whiskey or things like that?

And yet, according to NBC News:

“The Trump Organization was hit with $1.6 million in fines Friday when a New York judge sentenced it for running a 15-year tax fraud scheme that prosecutors said top executives at the company orchestrated out of pure greed.

Trump Corp. and Trump Payroll Corp. — both subsidiaries of the Trump Organization — were convicted last month on 17 counts, including conspiracy, criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records.”

I guess the difference is that in the Hunter case the feds didn’t call any witnesses or do any investigations . . .

well, technically... if he had to hire ‘entertainers’ and ‘caterers’ to help sell a client... then yea, i could see it.

of course, alcohol is usually not deductible. of course, that’s not how you’d get billed. you’d just get a catering bill and pay it outright. alcohol, and drugs, would be under the ‘beverages’ line on the receipt.

of course, if the event location happens to be a well known t*tty bar... you might not get away with it.

I would have to declare bankruptcy if I could not deduct a few personal necessities, like Hunter did. Saves me millions!

Yes, if you weigh it on the Lady Justice scales, as the Babylon Bee reported of Hunter this week.

Under what pretense can you take that as a taxable expense?

Let me guess. Because he had a sex addiction, it was used to treat his addiction?

Well, that’s a new approach in “creative” tax reporting - designating a prostitute as an “employee” or “personal assistant”. I wonder if he also paid social security benefits for this employee? Or unemployment insurance?? I think we can safely assume “no” is the answer to each of these questions.

Wasn’t there recently a big scandal that some members of congress were not paying social security or other employment benefits for nannys and/or housekeepers?? Why wouldn’t Hunter be under the same scrutiny? I suppose that’s a rhetorical question....

Mere mortals would have gone to jail, but the corrupt man in the oval office can be 100% sure that his jackbooted thugs will not ever send his son where he belongs, to jail.

“ Under what pretense can you take that as a taxable expense?”

Wrong question.

No pretense required.

It is good being the son of the puppet Fuehrer.
