CIS or CISGENDER basically means NORMAL (?)
Cisgender
denoting or relating to a person whose gender identity corresponds with the sex registered for them at birth; not transgender.
It appears trans folk use it in a disparaging way. Musk is saying he won't allow it on Twitter.

Its origin comes from a sexologist who used the latin term for “this side” to means heterosexuality. He then used trans to mean, “other side”

Reverse hate is hate. A person is NOT a color, a sex, or a gender. Each person is wonderful and amazingly complex. Indeed, each person is a miracle. We should embrace life from within the womb until natural death. We should respect privacy and this is a two-way street, no shoving your stuff into other people’s face. Live and let live and, more so, prosper and let prosper. Every American and hopefully one day every person in the world, should have equal rights and all the opportunity they can handle.
