An obvious justification for a DeSantis/DJTrump 2024 ticket. They stomp the CCP candidates (also obvious) and then DeS pardons DJT for everything.
Then, DJT goes on a rampage — doing all the things that DeS can claim: “I delegated THAT to him, talk to him about it.”

1st item: break up every executive office (e.g., FBI, etc) into chunks and spread them out to all big cities. They stay for a few years and then move again. Get rid of the life-time parasites and enrich the cities — and kill the swamp.

Hind sight is 20/20, which is why everyone has an opinion. President Trump is the man in area with his face covered in sweat and blood. He doesn't have the luxury of your armchair.

You may recall a time when Jeff Sessions was considered an excellent choice by all the people now critiquing Trump's personal choices.

but apparently there's some lying on record and some misuse of classified info.

See, thing is, I just don't care. It's a political witch hunt, always has been. Put your pearls down. Who gives a rat's red behind what there is evidence of? The leftist marxists have been doing everything there and beyond, and no repercussions. Time to use their game against them.

Drain the swamp was a campaign promise too.

You mean you never heard “drain the swamp”
..

Toad, I referenced drain the swamp in my first reply..

The swamp wasn’t a conspiracy theory.
The Deep State used to be..

Deep State is a worldwide phenomenon.
Swamp is centered in DC and its 50 state tributaries..

[He just fired the lawyers he hired to defend him in this case.]

Stop Right There! That sir is a lie. Trump did not fire those lawyers. They had to step down because Special Counsel Jack Smith ensnared them in depositions turning them into witnesses. He included them in the indictment without their knowing and only found out about it when the indictment was unsealed. They therefore had to resign from being Trump’s representatives in the case.

You’re judging by his cations? How do you know what his actions are ones at?

American Ms think in short term. They want a dramatization to have a finite end. They think the world is a dramatization

It isn’t

Who would that be? I know of no one who thought Sleepy Sessions was a good choice.

I believe he has learned his lesson on Hires. And would not go a long to get along.

So that's why he got behind Ronna McDaniel and Kevin McCarthy? He didn't learn $**t with them, because they would be GONE if Trump hadn't endorsed them.

“Sessions and Bolton were considered amazing potential cabinent choices.”

Again, by whom? I know of no one who thought that. Bolton was a war hawk. Sessions was a liberal.

Yeah, sure, it’s not like Trump didn’t hire those lawyers, but then refuse to listen to them, and instead took his “legal advice” from a non-lawyer, Tom Fitton, who had a completely incorrect view of the law.

It is possible that Trump did not actually fire them, and that instead they just quit because he wouldn’t listen to them, and instead got himself indicted by doing illegal things they told him not to do, and lied to them about it.

Or I suppose it could be that, despite neither Trump, nor either of the lawyers, offering ANY specific information about why they resigned, you have special inside knowledge that nobody else has (well nobody except all the social influencers making money on their reports about this).

I know of at least ONE person who thought it was a great idea.

Donald Trump.

The problem isn’t whether a lot of people decided to trust Trump knew what he was doing; or that a lot of people now believe Trump’s picks were disasters.

The problem is that we have a 4-year record of Trump’s ability to pick people, and that record is an abject failure by Trump’s own words.

I’ve seen acolytes of Trump now saying “sure, he did badly, but I know he’s learned his lesson and will do better”.

Trump is 70+ years old. He ran businesses for decades, hiring and firing people. He did a reality TV show about how good he was at hiring people.

The idea that he should be treated like a 20-year-old just beginning to figure out how to pick good people for a job is hilarious, but that is what we are left with. “Vote for Trump, because at 78 years old he MIGHT actually have learned something” — even though there is no indicatation in anything Trump does that he has learned, or even WANTS to learn, anything.

There are 300 million people in this country. We are supposed to believe that of those 300 million, the ONLY person that could be trusted to be a good conservative President is Donald Trump — a man who has already proven otherwise.

“I believe he has learned his lesson on Hires.“

If Trump makes it back in the staffing process may get very interesting. The people he might consider have also learned that the deepstate will attempt to destroy them if they hook up with Trump. This may winnow out the less committed and encourage the ready and willing.

It amazes me that we have the worst President in our history, that a LOT of the problems he has are that he is too hold and suffering dementia, and that somehow people think the best or only choice for a GOP nomination is the ONE PERSON in the world who actually LOST a presidential race to the dementia-patient, and who increasingly shows a complete like of rational behavior.

It is almost fun though to watch as otherwise sane people try to argue that ANY normal person would store boxes of documents for 2 years after their presidency in their bathroom.

Like, apparently Trump, a multi-millionaire, can’t even afford to hire some company to come in and sort through his papers for him?

It’s like Trump is some hoarder who should appear on a reality-TV show. He’s good at those. He just needs someone to come and help him get his life in order.

Are you sure about that? Snarky responses are usually inaccurate. That one was.

But was it really his bathroom? No, kinda blows the seriousness of your argument up. However, it was indeed Brandon's "garage".

LOL! They have innuendo on record, at best.

They are suggesting that because Trump said this, and had a piece of paper, that piece of paper WAS the classified document he was speaking about.

However, they have ZERO, NONE, ZILCH, NADA proof that the piece of paper he was holding is even one of the 102 pieces of paper with “classified markings” they SAY they found at Mar-A-Lago!
