Wow. Just wow. I realize this is a fed judge but this is the same state that told private property owners that they could NOT remove tenants who refused to pay rent because of Covid.
It seems like the Monarchy owns everything now doesn’t it?
The whole issue is rather moot, because, as a misdemeanor offense police couldn’t enforce it. The value is such that the perpetrators/artists couldn’t be jailed.
It is a typical ‘feel good’ by the leftists who fail to see all the ramifications of their stupidity.
I was in Seattle last month, the first time I had been there in seven years. It’s really turned into a craphole.

Since when does a judge have he authority to dictate to another n=branch of government how to enforce the law?
If I repaint/scrub/sandblast my wall to remove the vandals’ scrawls, am I guilty of impinging on their first amendment rights or illegal destruction of their “artistic” property and subject to arrest in the bizzaro world of Seattle?
How crazy is this?! The judge should resign in shame or be impeached.
We need to get this same judge to rule on Deep State/Big tech censorship
I assume the judge is a D appointee and, therefore, Seattle voted for this.
ICE needs to start issuing cans of spray paint to illegal aliens and dropping them off in front of all the court houses for some dayz of fun and art in the sun. “Judgey” don’t care.
Deputize the citizentry to use non-lethal force and indemnify them for any bodily harm that might result. Open season with red paintballs and rubber bullets. Fun!

There is a political solution to leftist judges like this. Republicans are too pussy to propose it and win enough seats to implement it.
