Alber’s letter enumerated those steps:

I would think the textbook is somewhere in the library of the School the Judge went to.

Item #5 (I think) is misworded. “Engender” means “to cause or give rise to (a feeling, situation, or condition)”. “Cause or give rise to the military stength to weaken it” doesn’t make sense.
Mis-engendering? Maybe they meant “endanger.”
Facebook Gen-Z censors are worried the guy has real classified Fed.gov documents. Otherwise, how could it be so accurate?

Here we use engender to mean making sense of something with respect to gender issues, thus looking through a gender lens at ....
I suspect what he means is introducing all kinds of gender issues into the military.
I don't think he's working from actual documents. It's more that he's telling people what Facebook doesn't want people to hear.
Seems like “to begender” would be a better fit, if we’re to be making up definitions or new words. “Biden has begendered the Navy by stressing the importance of chosen pronouns of the recent recruits.”

"To engender" means "to generate" or "to cause." I was unfamiliar with the new definition, so "engender the military strength in order to weaken it" made no sense to me. Looks like "engender" is joining the list of words whose meaning has changed: "gay," which once meant happy or lighthearted, now means homosexual; "apocalypse," which once meant disclosure, now means calamity or disaster, and "to decimate," which once meant to reduce by a tenth, now means to destroy.

Regardless of the source of the letter, the statements are dead on. We are experiencing these steps and our country is being torn apart.
