Let's say you had been president and a major disease all of a sudden hits your country. And let's say all major institutions, even medical institutions who have sworn to "do no harm" to the health of humans, put politics before their oath and lie to you, the president. And included in that lie is the understanding that such a lie will result in the deaths of many people.
Would you be clever enough to realize that EVERY institution involved is trying to topple your presidency even if it means killing innocent Americans in the process?
And why didn't he fire Fauci later?
Don't you think he would have fired Fauci if he had known the truth about him--that truth being hidden by all the medical advisors and institutions that reported to him (the President)--that Fauci was part of a giant conspiracy to spread disease and then profit from that while killing Americans.

Nice try. Trump himself wondered aloud about firing Fauci. He couldn’t because he had no credibility. He needs to establish “just cause.” That should’ve been easy, given Fauci’s repeated failures. Naturally, the Fauci apostles say this would be “difficult.”

You had no testing stock? You’re fired.

The event was the roll-out in Florida of the jab that Trump had gotten produced. Was he supposed to not follow the president at that time? The gentleman wasn’t just any vet grabbed out of a nursing home, he was a former Florida state senator being an example for what his president and governor was trying to achieve, a vaccinated population of the virus’ main target, the elderly. Did you forget that part? Certainly the Democrats were happy to push the jab to all ages.

That doesn't work as an excuse. You can't give DeSantis credit for lifting lockdowns that he never should have imposed in the first place. The idea of having businesses shut down by some government @sshole who never misses a paycheck and pays no price for his failures should be considered a violation of the foundational principles of a free nation.
And this doesn't even account for the abject idiocy of the stupid lockdowns to anyone who has an IQ over 40.
Like -- Who's the brilliant medical expert who convinced anyone in power that it was a good idea to keep Walmart open while forcing small retailers who sell the same things as Walmart to close? Or that it was a good idea to allow restaurants to open to 50% of their seating capacity -- while state parks with all their open space should be closed?
