Nice try. Trump himself wondered aloud about firing Fauci. He couldn’t because he had no credibility. He needs to establish “just cause.” That should’ve been easy, given Fauci’s repeated failures. Naturally, the Fauci apostles say this would be “difficult.”

My understanding is that the President can fire any federal employee at anytime for any reason.
