Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), now a CNN contributor, said Tuesday on “CNN This Morning” that Fox News host Tucker Carlson is a “grifter” whose coverage of video footage from the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol was “disgusting.”
Kinzinger said, “It’s disgusting. The sad thing is you’re going to have people that have only gotten their news on Fox News that are never going to have the opportunity to hear the truth. What Tucker Carlson employs here and employed it the entire time he’s been as a grifter TV show host because he knows better than this, by the way — he takes a cut scene and creates a straw man.”
He continued, “First off, on the opening there where he says, look, there is only like a handful of people here. I know one of those rooms, particularly Statuary Hall, was filled with people. There is tons of pictures of that. At some point leading up to or after, there are moments where there are only a few people in there.”

I keep trying to figure out how Kinzinger is a Republican. Nothing he does is remotely conservative. Perhaps for Illinois, that’s as right as they go?

If that's your real concern then demand that all 41,000 hours of video be released to the public. With synchronized feeds for all cameras it should be possible to track to actions of everyone in and near the Capitol and see who was leading, directing or opening the doors for the crowds. Maybe even make it a game of "Where's Ray Epps" and find all the Feds in the crowd.
I would urge Adam Kinzinger if he has proof of Tucker Carlson lying, put it out and let the people decide, instead of throwing around insults put out counter arguments to prove your point otherwise you are just lying

I watched it live.
The news networks didn’t have nearly the cameras as the security system but you could plainly see (LIVE) that almost everyone was wandering calmly, peacefully, and most were just going straight through the building and back out staying inside barricades that were already set up (as if they knew they were coming).
You could plainly see that the attitude and deameaner of everyone was basically like “Oh S**t, we actually walked in??? How did that happen? Let’s go through, takes some pictures, and leave”.
No one was like “BURN IT ALL DOWN! RAARRRR!”
This were antifa fascist anarchists. These were patriotic citizens caught up in something that ended up being bigger than they imagined it would.
This whole thing is nothing more than a war by the establishment and the deep state on half the country.
