WASHINGTON — A Saudi appeals court has increased the prison sentence of US citizen Saad Almadi over a series of political tweets from 16 years to 19 years in a “middle finger” to President Biden, his son tells The Post.
A State Department official told Ibrahim Almadi of the latest blow handed down by the Saudi judicial system after the White House publicly condemned the elder Almadi’s treatment.
“It’s not a slap in the face, it’s a middle finger,” Ibrahim told The Post, noting that his septuagenarian father has “lost more than 80 pounds” since his arrest in November 2019 on charges linked to more than a dozen tweets mildly critical of the Saudi government.
“When the US asked for an appeal, they said, ‘Here you go, 19 years!'” his son exclaimed.

Mark Steyn was afraid of the same treatment under the new contract offered to him by GBNews, so he just left that organization. The new contract would have subjected him to the UK’s “Office of Communications,” a big brother anti-free speech organization that would have slapped Steyn with huge lawsuits. His new contract would have indemnified GBNews and made Steyn personally liable for such government anti-free speech lawsuits.
OfCom doesn’t yet imprison people like the Saudis. But it is clearly coming.

And the media claims (with a straight face) how respected Biden is in the world.
After 9/11 the country that should have been attacked and destroyed was Saudi Arabia. They were the real criminals.
